Rouleau, Jacques (Jack) Joseph:
Was born July 2, 1952 in Stoke, Quebec. He left us in the early morning October 28th, 2021, at the same time he’d wake during his life. Jack is lovingly remembered by his loving wife Nancy, who was his rock and support. Treasured father to Jessica (Jeroen), Justin, Mark (Gosia), and Barb (Sheldon). Jack’s grandchildren, Benson, Emily, Scarlett, Mackenzie, Reilly, Brooks, Mathew, Christopher, and Alyssa were the light of his life and very dear to his heart. Jack is predeceased by his parents Juliette and Marcel and his siblings Doris, Gérard, and Emilien. He leaves behind a large extended family including his brother’s and sister’s Julien, Denise, Janine, Bernadine, Raymond, Bernadette, Dorothée, and Michel.
There are no words to express the depth of grief that is felt from the loss of Jack. We are so fortunate to have had his light in our lives. He was the husband who was the right hand man and who gave love and laughter, he was a caring father who spent quality time with his children, he was the playful grandfather who was always one of the kids. Jack spent his life working hard to provide for his family, he was a true craftsman and builder who loved any project. Jack also loved to joke, play any kind of game and have a good time with his family. He was a fervent Habs fan and fisherman. Jack was always there to lend a helping hand to neighbours, friends, and family throughout his life. Jack’s love, energy, and joy were felt by those who knew him. He will forever be a light in our lives that transcends death. Jack spent his final weeks in his home surrounded by those he loved, eating popsicles with his grandchildren, listening to the oldies, and finding peace. Thank you for all that you have given us. The world is not the same but we will continue to live our fullest lives in your legacy. A celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, November 14th, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at his home, 158 Mill Street, Kitchener, in the backyard, rain or shine. In lieu of flowers or donations, Jack’s wishes were that you spend it doing something special with your loved ones.
