Passed away at Brant Centre Long Term Care, Burlington on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at the age of 90. Beloved husband of Beverley (nee Hodgins). Loving father of Paula McKay and Michael (Michelle). Cherished grandfather of Lauren, Luke, and Kaya. Predeceased by his sister Joyce. Fondly remembered by his sister-in-law Helen and his former son-in-law Tod. The family wishes to thank everyone at LaSalle Park Retirement Community and Brant Centre for their kindness and compassion.
Visitation at Smith’s Funeral Home, 485 Brant Street, (one block north of City Hall), Burlington (905-632-3333), on Wednesday, September 22 from 12 p.m. where a Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at 1 p.m. Please RSVP in advance. Private interment. For those who wish, donations in memory of Jack to a charity of your choice would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
