Ivy Lorna Michel, MD
October 29, 1929 – October 12, 2021
Called to her Heavenly home by her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, in her 92nd year. Beloved sister of Marion and Norma, Ivy was a caring, compassionate and generous person who will be missed by her Sisters and many dear friends.
Ivy received her Doctorate of Medicine from Queen’s University and loved serving her many patients in the Ottawa area for over 30 years. She was a hard-working and devoted Doctor who took exceptional interest in her patients. In her later years, Ivy performed volunteer work in the medical field.
A private graveside service will be held at the Pinecrest Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Metropolitan Bible Church Missions Fund (2176 Prince of Wales Drive, Ottawa), where Ivy was a faithful attendee and supporter for over 70 years.
