Obituary of Irmgard Kaethler
KAETHLER, Irma (Regier) – Peacefully in Heidehof Home for the Aged, Tuesday, May 25, 2021. Irma Kaethler, 98.5 years young, was predeceased by Cornelius, her loving husband. Irma leaves behind her children Victor and Gail-Anne; John and Deborah; Marylou and Ed Fabiszak; Alfred and Diane. Dear grandmother of Emma and Nathan, Nora (Paul), Bryan and Derek, Mark (Katie) and Simon (Jenny) and great grandmother of Robert and Katelyn. Dear sister of Margaret (predeceased), Kay, Anne, Henry, Mary (predeceased), Frieda, David (predeceased), and Rita. Irma was an active member of the St. Catharines United Mennonite Church and enjoyed a long career working and volunteering at Heidehof Home for the Aged.
A private funeral service will be held for the immediate family, with a public celebration of life when permitted. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Mennonite Central Committee Relief or the Canadian Bible Society.
