Unexpectedly yet peacefully, at home in Toronto, on Sunday, December 26, 2021. Son of the late Joseph Yesovitch and the late Rose Yesovitch (Rosenthal). Loving father and father-in-law of Hal and Dori, Shawna and Nathan, Lauren and Jeff, Nicole and Josh. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Arnold and Lili Yesovitch. Devoted grandfather of Ethan, Jacob, Andrew, Steven, Sydney, Evan, Joseph and another on the way. A family graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 28, 2021. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, 416-489-7111. Arrangements entrusted to Benjamin’s Park Memorial Chapel.

  1. Howard’s death is a shock. We are first cousins and a year apart in age. We have known each other for as long as my early childhood memory exists. One thing for sure, there will never be another Howard. He was a one off, an original. Strong opinions we did not always agree on but Howard had a huge heart. I will miss you my dear friend. Rest In Peace. You deserve it. Cousin Larry.

  2. Fran and I were sadly stunned on hearing about Howard’s passing. I have known him most of my life and we saw him more often when we got together with him here in Toronto. His quick wit and humour were always a joy to have around, and his opinions and stories of his travels were something we frequently looked forward to. We will miss him dearly and our hearts and thoughts go out to his family and loved ones.
