TIEBER, Horst Wilhelm Age 79 of
Ingolstadt, Germany passed away on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at his
beloved summer residence at Christie Lake, Goshen, Guysborough County,
Nova Scotia. He was a son of the late Ludwig August and Rosa Gerlinde
(Schubeck) Tieber. He first came to Goshen 37 years ago, where his
wife Brigitte had purchased a piece of land, then Horst, Brigitte and
their two children built their summer residence
together. Horst enjoyed the beauty, serenity and nature
surrounding the Lake. He appreciated the wonderful friendships he made
over the years. Horst was an engineer for 34 years at Audi in
Ingolstadt. He is survived by his son, Thomas (Isabella); daughter,
Susanne Tieber; grandchildren, Tobias; Vanessa, and
Marina; loving companions, Dagmar Klappstein;
fiancé, Lena McKay. He was predeceased by his wife,
Brigitte (Krebs) Tieber; Memorial donations may be made to the Goshen
Community Centre. In keeping with the family’s wishes, his
life will be celebrated privately at Christie Lake. Arrangements are
under the dignified and compassionate care of G.W. Giffin Funeral
