Herbert Carl Fohry passed away in the Meadow Lake Hospital from complications of a stroke. Herbert was born on November 23, 1949 to Ernest and Frieda Fohry. He lived all his life on his parents homestead. On April 10, 1976 he married Edith Martin and they raised their 3 sons on the farm. Dad worked hard all his life but also got in a little fun time racing ponies. He loved his family dearly but he also loved the land and his animals. He semi retired in 2017 but still was “boss” right till his passing.
Survived by his loving wife Edith and 3 sons Herb, Dustin and Leslie.
Sister: Bertha Morgenstern and Brother: Ernie (Janice) Fohry. Brother in law: Elmer (Charlene) Martin, Sister in laws: Glennora (Ralph)Martin, Jane (Roy) Slack, Joyce (Brian) Potrais, and Irene (Brad) Russell. And numerous nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents Ernest and Freida Fohry. In laws Elmer and Doris Martin. One Uncle: Karl Prskewatz. Brothers in laws: John Morgenstern and Ralph Martin. Nephews: Jimmy Slack and Donnie Martin.
Forever loved and remembered by his family.
