“Henry” Xavier Savidant
1938-2021
Henry Xavier Savidant, passed away at the Queen
Elizabeth Hospital on Thursday, October 7, 2021 in his 83 year. Henry
was born to Leo and Ann (Laverty) Savidant in Charlottetown. He was
predeceased by brothers and sisters Joe, Gus, Georgina and Anna. He
will be remembered by the Laverty family, sister-in-law Joan, nieces
Joanne, Lisa, Lori, nephews Mark and Scott, many great nieces and
nephews. Henry belonged to the Knights of Columbus Council 824 and was
a 4th degree Knights of Columbus. He was also a loyal supporter and
worker for St. Dunstan’s Basilica. Resting at the Hennessey
Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home. Due to current restrictions, a
private Funeral Mass will be held at St. Dunstan’s Basilica
(by invitation only) on Saturday at 11
a.m. Interment to follow in the
Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown. If so desired, memorial
contributions may be made to the Upper Room Hospitality Ministry or
St. Dunstan’s Basilica Restoration Fund. Online condolences
