Helena M. Mckay
1931-2021
Helena M. Mckay passed away at the St. Stephen Seniors
Complex, Old Ridge, NB. on Saturday, February 6, 2021.
Born in Grand Manan, NB., daughter of the late George and
Mary Benson. Helena worked as a nurse for many years and was a member
of the Union Street Baptist Church. She also was a long-time member of
the Pythian Sisters.
Helena is survived by her son, Robert and daughter-in-law
Mary Lou Mckay, one granddaughter, Tiffany Mckay Pike, one
great-grandson, Bryce, her sister, Shirley Harvey and brother, Ronald
and sister-in-law Joyce Benson, many nieces and
nephews.
There will be no funeral service held at this
time.
For those who wish, donations in memory of Helena may be made
to a charity of one’s choice. Condolences may be sent to the
