Obituary
KENWOOD (née White), Helen Joyce
July 4, 1930 – July 29, 2021
Peacefully with family at her side. Beloved wife of Peter (predeceased), loving and
proud mother of Leigh (late Jamie), Peter (Daniela), Jeffrey (Marie), Donald (Sandi)
and Nancy (Pierre Villeneuve). Devoted grandmother of Jessica, Peter, Jeffrey,
Perrin, Mark, Johanna, Kate and Mike. Great grandmother to eight beautiful
children.
Helen was born in Ottawa but moved to Montreal as a girl. She met and married
Peter and they were married for over 68 years. She had been a member of a
number of volunteer organizations over the years in Montreal, Perth, and Carleton
Place.
The family would like to thank Carleton Place & District Memorial Hospital staff for
their exemplary and compassionate care.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Carleton Place & District
Memorial Hospital Foundation.
Visitation and a funeral will be held to celebrate Helen and Peter lives on October
14, 2021, visiting from 10:00 until the time of service in the chapel at 12 noon. The
service will be streamed live on Thursday October 14th beginning at 11:55 a.m.
