With great sadness the family of Helen Campbell announce her peaceful passing on March 4, 2021, at the age of 99 years and 9 months.
She is lovingly remembered by her children, Shirley (Randy) Beauchamp, Robert (Wilma) Campbell and James (Devon) Campbell; grandchildren, Jeffrey (Kate), Page (Brett), Jacqueline, Jennifer, Sarah, Robyn (Darren) and Kaylee; great-grandchildren Jordyn, Sabine and Declan; and her beloved cockatoo of 42 years, Derbie; numerous relatives and friends.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Lawrence “Larry”; her parents, Mike and Eva Shewchook; and siblings Rose, Roy and Morin.
Helen was born in Ethelbert, MB. She moved to Winnipeg at the age of 18 where she later met her husband Larry and they started their family. The family moved to Halifax in 1961 and finally settled in Edmonton in 1967. In her later years she enjoyed her job as a companion at Canterbury Court. Helen was a proud homemaker, fantastic mother, grandmother and wife. She lived her life to the fullest.
The family would like to thank Covenant Health St. Joseph’s Auxiliary Hospital and all the staff on Blue Jay and Rose Garden unit for their kindness and exceptional care.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Alberta or to a charity of your choice.
