The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Sister Dianne, Lise St. Jacques and Amanda Rainville NP, as well as the staff, nurses and doctors at Health Sciences North 4th floor North Tower, and to all the PSW’s for their care and compassion.
Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. A memorial service will be held at the Jackson & Barnard Funeral Home when the social gathering restrictions ease. Hazel will be buried alongside her husband in the Beechwood Cemetery in Ottawa or in keeping with her great sense of humor, as Hazel would say she is “In the process of moving to her new apartment in Ottawa.” Donations to the Maison McCulloch Hospice would be appreciated.
