Harriet’s Obituary
Harriet was born in Viking, Alberta and spent her life in the Kinsella and Viking area doing the things she loved. Raising her family, riding her horses, gardening, raising cattle and playing cards. Harriet spent a lot of time volunteering in the community and will always be remembered for her hard work, generosity and kindness.
She was predeceased by her daughter Lenora, her husband James and her father Gordon. She is survived by her children including son in law Dwayne, Linda (Kent), Marcy (Joe), Lawrence (MaryAnn), Violet, 10 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and her mother Violet, as well as 4 sisters and 1 brother.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Golden Valley Lutheran Church (5327 56Ave) Viking Alberta on July 23, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. with pastor Alvin Sorenson officiating. Inurnment to follow at Lake Olivia Cemetery. Donations can be made to Lake Olivia Cemetery.
