Obituary of Hannah Maria Zamprogna
Hannah Zamprogna (nee Bader) passed peacefully at Grandview Lodge, in Dunnville, Ontario on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at the age of 81. Hannah was born on November 18, 1939, in Noordwijkerhout, Holland and came to Canada with her family in 1950, settling in Beamsville, Ontario. Wife of Nino and mother of Tracey Zamprogna-Stirling and Michael Zamprogna, mother-in-law to Robert Stirling, and Nana to Madison (Ian) Stirland, Connor Stirling, and Quentin Stirling. Predeceased by her husband Nino Zamprogna, parents Mary and Peter Bader, and brothers Albert (Agnes), Tony (Pat) Bader, and Joe Bader. She is lovingly remembered by her brothers and sisters Anton (Liz) Bader, Rhea (John) Laus, Pete (Willie) Bader, Luke (Marlene) Bader, Mary (Ringo, deceased) Belchior, Ben (Bonnie) Bader, John Bader, and Judy (Ric) Westall. Hannah was a lifelong parishioner of Saint Helen Roman Catholic Church at its original location in Vineland and its new location in Beamsville. A committal service will be held at Mount Osborne Cemetery in Beamsville on Friday, September 3, 2021 at 10:00 am. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Hannah’s memory to the War Amps Child Amputee Program.
