Hannah Mary Hall (nee Marrie)
April 11, 1932 – March 01, 2021
Mary Hall, aged 88, passed peacefully away at Glenbrook Lodge on Monday, March 1st, 2021.
Predeceased by her parents Albert and Esther Marrie of Mount Carmel, her loving husband Donald (2019), son Barry and infant daughter Mary, brothers Mike, John, Albert and sister-in-law and close friend Joan.
Left with fond and loving memories are her brother Gus Marrie (Heather), Sister-in-Law Marg Marrie, children Yvonne Chaytor (Fletcher), Michelle Hollett, Brian Hall (Joanne), Donna Fewer (Mike), Robert Hall, Lisa Hall, 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and other relatives, as well as special friends Rose and Darwin White and Brenda Fitzpatrick.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to Cauls Funeral Home. The Celebration of our mother’s wonderful life will take place at a time when her family and friends can safely gather to reminisce and honour her life.
There will be a parade in heaven today to welcome such a beautiful soul – a devoted wife, mother, teacher, and friend who lived an incredible life of faith, love, and laughter.
She taught us to face life’s challenges with kindness, strength and a profound commitment to God and family. As a primary school teacher at Holy Spirit for 21 years, she loved her students like her own. Those lucky enough to have known her will always carry her light.
Although our lives are dimmer today by our loss, we have full faith that she is lighting up the heavens.
We give special thanks to Dr. Horwood and the angels on earth at Glenbrook Lodge for loving her the way we do.
Mom, you will finally get what you always dreamed – to work with St. Theresa serving the children. We know we are the luckiest ones.
