H. Wayne Bannister of Riverview passed away on Thursday,
August 19, 2021 at the Veteran’s Health Centre.
Born in Sydney, NS he was the son of the late Frank and Ruth (MacIvor)
Bannister.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Sylvia (Steeves)
Bannister; sons Daniel Peter (Alice) Bannister, Darren Wayne (Nancy)
Bannister; grandchildren Nicholas Wayne Bannister and Matthew Thomas
Bannister; and a cherished niece Shelley Aslin
(Campbell).
Respecting his wishes cremation has taken place at
Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine
Road, Riverview (869-2007). The interment will take place at
