Grant Sheldon Jardine, husband of Leona Jardine of White Rapids NB, passed away Saturday November 27, 2021 at his late residence, at the age of 90.
Born in Barnettville NB, he was the son of the late Villa Jardine. He was a mechanic, a truck driver, and an avid fiddle player.
He is survived by four daughters, Bonnie of Fredericton, Brenda of Fredericton, Shelly of Fredericton, and Ruth Ann of White Rapids, two sons, Bruce (Late Janet) of Douglasfield and Jerry of Moncton, one sister Nancy Curtis, one brother Aubrey, 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Besides his mother, he was predeceased by his daughter-in-law Janet, two brothers, Herschel, and Ferron, two sisters-in-law Minnie Tucker and Jessie Jardine, two brothers-in-law Edward Tucker and Bernard Tucker.
Grant Sheldon Jardine is resting at St. Bridget’s Roman Catholic Church, Renous, with visitation on Tuesday from 2p.m. – 6 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday December 1st at 11 a.m. at St. Bridget’s Roman Catholic Church, with Father Paul Doucette officiating. Burial will follow in the family plot of the church cemetery.
In memory of Grant, donations to a memorial of one’s choice would be appreciated.
Please Note: Covid-19 Protocols will be followed at both visitation and Funeral Mass. Masks, Social Distancing, Hand sanitizing and proof of Vaccination and identification are mandatory.
