In Loving Memory
Mrs. Gloria Ecker of Delhi and Port Dover, passed away at Dover Cliffs Long Term Care Centre on Saturday, April 17, 2021 in her 74th year. Gloria loved spending time with her family, relaxing at home with them, and enjoying the treasured moments of life that being a mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend had to offer. She also dedicated many years of her life with her husband helping at the Delhi Cemetery . Former Gloria Issacson. Beloved wife of the Late Orrie Ecker (2006). Loving mother of Jim Ecker (Colleen), Donna Roy (Mike), Carol Gerritsen (Arend), Fred Ecker (Sue), and Orrie Ecker (Susan). Dearest sister of Carol, Edith, Evelyn and Brenda. Cherished grandmother of ten grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Close friend over the past seven years, Sheldon Morgan Predeceased by her great grandchild, Tanner, by her sister, Beverly, by her infant sister, and her son-in-law Daniel Roy. In consideration of the continuing health & safety of our friends and family, a Family Funeral Service will take place at a later date with Inurnment in Delhi Cemetery . Memorial Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Dover Cliffs Long Term Care Centre can be made through MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, Delhi (519) 582-1290 (www.mfh.care) and will be gratefully appreciated by the family.
