William Robert Glen McClement of Listowel passed away at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Thursday, April 29, 2021, in his 86th year.
Husband of Patricia (Potts) McClement. Father of Paul & Rhonda McClement of Waterloo, and Joanne & David Brown of Listowel. Grandfather of Scott McClement and his friend Sara Sullivan of Omaha, Nebraska, Terri & Jordan Weishar of Listowel, and Jim Brown of Listowel, and great-grandfather of Abigail and Keenan Weishar. Brother of Gary McClement of Listowel, Betty Schaefer of Listowel, and Ken McClement of Kincardine, and brother-in-law of Marg McClement of Fordwich, Barbara McClement of Listowel, Beth Lucas of Milverton, Ida & Larry O’Shaughnessy of Sundridge, Jim & Shirley Potts of Cambridge, Allan Hamilton & Grace Bender of Listowel, Susan & Ron Coghlin of Listowel, and Dave Hartung & Lil Henry of Palmerston. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his son Ronald McClement, parents Thomas & Mary (Jacques) McClement, brothers Bruce & Anna McClement, Fraser McClement, and Ron McClement, brothers-in-law Paul Schaefer, Leonard Lucas, Gerry Potts, and Bill & Denise Potts, and sisters-in-law Jean McClement, Denise McClement, Margaret Hartung, Gladys & Clarence Newbigging, Luella Hamilton, and Jean Edgar.
A private funeral service will be held at Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel on Monday, May 3, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. The funeral will be live-streamed, and we ask you to watch safely from your home. Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Listowel Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
