Mulville: Gladys Gertrude (nee Merkley)
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of our mom Gladys Mulville at Almonte Country Haven on August 17, 2021 in her 99th year. Gladys Mulville beloved wife and best friend for almost 55 years of the late Howard Mulville (1998). Loving mother of Elaine Younge (late Joe), Evelyn Murphy (late Craig) (Tom Cail), Jim (Carolyn), John (Mary), Donna Creighton (Ross), Darlene Guindon (Frank), Ron (Cathy) and Randy (James Kall). Cherished Nana of 17 grandchildren, Grand Nana of 21 Great Grandchildren and Great Grand Nana of Kaiden. Predeceased by infant daughter Elizabeth “Betty Jean”, great grandson Dillon and great great grandson Nathan. Predeceased by parents John & Margaret (Lyons) Merkley, brothers Wilbur, Harold, Raymond and Lloyd Merkley and sisters Lillian Burke, Luella McShane, Blanche Davis, Beatrice McShane, Pearl Norwood and their spouses. The family would like to thank the staff at Almonte Country Haven for the excellent care of our mom “Your Glady” for the past almost three years. Special thanks to PSW Tammy (“Cookie” to mom) for your attention to mom. Death at the end of a long life, well lived, is a solution not a tragedy.
