GIBBS, Sylvia (née Friesen)
January 28, 1964 — October 5, 2021
Sylvia went to be with the Lord on October 05, 2021. After a brief illness, she passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family. Sylvia’s selflessness and caring nature touched many lives. She was creative and lively, and she will be dearly missed by her husband of 31 years, Andrew Gibbs; her children Conner, Sarah, and Jenna; as well as by her brother David Friesen, sister Lorraine Cheek, extended family, and many dear friends.
As an expression of sympathy, flowers may be sent to Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC, by Friday, October 15, at 4:00 pm
A Funeral Service will be held on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 16, 1:00 pm PDT at Trinity Baptist Church, 1905 Springfield Rd, Kelowna, BC. You are welcome to attend in person (proof of vaccination and ID required, and please bring your own mask). If you are unable to attend in person, please join the family online by Livestream (See Below).
