Geraldine Gaye Janes passed away Sunday, October 17, 2021, at her home in Westmount.
Born September 11, 1935, Geraldine was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Dorothy Pearl (Gardiner) Janes. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Until retirement, Geraldine worked as a receptionist at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital.
She is survived by her cousin, Alfreda Fitzgerald.
A graveside service will be held at Hardwood Hill Cemetery on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 11 a.m., with Rev. Robert Lyle officiating.
