Kelly, Gerald (Gerry)
September 10, 1934 – August 14, 2021
Passed away at the Health Sciences Centre on August 14, 2021 surrounded by his loving family, Gerald Kelly of Manuels, age 86 years. Predeceased by his wife Angela; parents Stan and Nora; brothers Francis, Hubert, Harold (Cynthia), Lawrence, Stan (Phyllis), Leo, Gary, sister Noreen Wall (Gerry); six baby sisters. Leaving to mourn sons Arnold (Liz), Sean (Krista), Paul (Kristen), one daughter Marie Thiele (Kris); six grandchildren Robyn, Alex, Jillian, and Jenna Kelly, Xavier and Owen Thiele; great grandchild Everleigh; brothers Edward, Kevin (Liese), and John; sister Barbara Power (Glad), sister in law Karen Kelly; many nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
Resting at the James J Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, August 17th from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm and Wednesday, August 18th from 3:00 pm to 7:00pm. Mass of Christian Burial will take place from St. Thomas of Villanova Church, Manuels on Thursday, August 19th at 1:30 pm. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, attendance at the Mass will be by invitation only. Inurnment to follow at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Topsail.
