Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our husband, father, grandfather, greatgrandfather, brother and uncle, Gerald William Kreeger, on November 5, 2021 at
the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital in Nanaimo, BC. Jerry is survived by his wife, Vimy, children Sheri (Dean), Ross (Tanya), David (Josh) and Jennifer (Richard),
grandchildren Randy, Trevor and Ashlynne (Nayko), Shauni-Rae and Jory, brothers Leonard (Cheryl) and Wayne (Lynne) as well as several nieces, nephews and great
grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by Monika. Jerry was born December 19, 1946 in Campbell River, BC, to Emil and Eleanor Kreeger. He was a logger by trade and retired
from Western Forest Products in 2002. Once retired, he devoted his time to his family and friends. Jerry was quick to help anyone in need. He spent countless hours in the hay
fields and tinkered with many toys. He enjoyed many passions, including farming, horses, and wrestling. At Jerry’s request, there will be no Celebration of Life. He will be
cremated and laid to rest with his predeceased parents, and sisters Barb & Shirley at Beavertail Lake.
