Obituary of Georgia Alberta Kyle
Mrs. Georgia Alberta Kyle of Apohaqui, wife of the late Walter Kyle, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 27, 2021 at the age of 93. Her death occurred at the Kiwanis Nursing Home. She was born in Upham, NB on January 21, 1928, a daughter of the late Percy R. Tribe and Edna A. (Kilpatrick) Tribe.
Georgie is a member of the Church of the Ascension, Apohaqui and the ACW. She was also a member of the Maritime Fiddlers Association and the Happy Go Lucky Fiddlers for a number of years.
Georgia is survived by her daughter Lois Kyle-Issenman of Ottawa, ON; her son Roy Kyle and his wife Margaret of Lower Millstream; brother Crandall Tribe (Ruth) of Apohaqui; four grandchildren: Darcy Smith and her husband Chris, Heather Kyle and her partner Pam Mallory, Michael Kyle and his wife Rona, Joshua Issenman and his wife Becky; great-grandchildren: Michaela, Marcus, Bridget, Katie, Charlie, William, Avery, Levi, Harley; great-great grandchildren: Mason, Blakely; two “sisters at heart” Barbara and Pauline; three sisters-in-law: Frances Kyle of Sus, Doris Oxton of Toronto, as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family members.
In addition to her husband Walter, who died in 2007, Georgia was predeceased by her infant brother Donald in 1931 and her brother Earl in 2016.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sus, (506-433-1176) and will be held privately at this time. However, there will be a funeral service in the Spring.
