It is with great sadness that the family of the late George Samuel Hayman announces his peaceful passing on Thursday, December 9, 2021 at Dr. L. A. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, his beloved wife of 60 years Annie-May (nee Parsons), his sons, Steve (Anita) Hayman and George (Angie) Hayman, grandchildren Stephen Hayman, Marina (Brent) Carbonell, Gabe Hayman and George Hayman, step-grandchildren Danielle and Jessica, as well as his great-grandchildren Benjamin, Adam and Rosalie, and step-great-grandchildren Liam, Isla, Jackson and Greyson, and brother Murdoch (Joanne) Hatcher. He was predeceased by brother Wilfred Burton and sister Mag Rose (nee Hayman).
The family would like to offer a special thank you Hillcrest Estates for their wonderful and compassionate care of George, and the nurses and staff of the Miller Center Palliative Care for going above and beyond during his last days.
Visitation will be held at Caul’s Funeral Home from 2pm to 4pm on Sunday, December 12th. A service of remembrance will be held on Monday, December 13, at Caul’s Funeral Home at 11:30 a.m. Internment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery on Kenmount Road. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Miller Centre.
