Obituary
It is with sadness that the family of George Edward Norris, loving husband of Frances ‘Fran’ (McKnight) Norris, announce his passing which occurred on December 17, 2021, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John, he was the son of the late Gordon and Mae (Peterson) Norris.
Over the years he was a member of the Adanac and the Red Chevron Clubs.
Besides his beloved wife Fran, he is survived by his daughters; Tammy MacArthur (Dalton), Carla Smith (Kevin), Margaret Ann Norris (Tanya) and Susan Norris, his brother Malcolm (Margaret) Norris, grandchildren; Brittany, Kaylee, Ethan, Emma-Jean, Ryan and Margaret-Ann along with several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his sister Ruth-Ann King.
Arrangements are under the care of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John, NB (646-2424). Following cremation a private family graveside service will be held at Ocean View Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations in George’s memory may be made to the Saint John SPCA.
