Slipped away peacefully on his heavenward journey in the early hours of December 16 at University Gates long-term care.
He leaves to mourn his beloved wife Dulcie Elaine (Turnbull) for 53 years, his 3 sons Douglas, of Waterloo, Ian of Kitchener, Kenneth, wife Sarah & grandson Nolan of Guelph. His sister Lynn of Bowmanville, sisters-in-law Shirley Turnbull of Brantford, Sharon Turnbull of Lashburn, Saskatchewan, Judy Turnbull of Walkerton, brother-in-law, Clinton Turnbull of Walkerton. Loved by many nieces & nephews.
The family expresses deep gratitude to the staff at Long-term care University Gates for their wonderful care for the last 18 months.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, to attend the visitation and service for Gary, personal face coverings are required and relatives and friends must register (RSVP) at www.erbgood.com or by calling the funeral home.
Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Monday, December 20, 2021 from 2-4:30 pm and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Tuesday, Dec. 21 at 10:30 am. Interment at Harris Street Cemetery, Ingersoll in a private family service.
