CROMAR, Gary Douglas – Gary passed away peacefully in his sleep in the early hours of Saturday August 7,2021 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa after a short illness. He was in his 77th year. He is survived by his older brother James (Jim) and his long-time friend Barbara, and was predeceased by his father Doug, mother Hazel (nee Redshaw), older sister Ruth and sister-in-law Barb. In his younger days, Gary enjoyed working at the Bulova Watch Company in Scarborough. More recently he has been enjoying retirement in Oshawa, spending time with his friend Barbara and cheering for the Blue Jays. He was looking forward to karaoke again when covid restrictions allowed. A gentle soul, Gary will be missed. A private memorial visitation will be held at the Armstrong Funeral Home, 124 King Street East, Oshawa.
