Obituary of Frank Joseph Luther Perry
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Frank Joseph Perry announce his passing at the Dr. Hugh Twomey Health Center in Botwood, on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 3:30 A.M. He was 77 years young. Frank was predeceased by his mother Hurlett Perry and grandparents, Jacob and Irene Perry. Leaving to mourn his passing are his loving and devoted wife Daphne of 54 years; 5 children-daughters Diane (Bob), Peggy (Derrick), Sharon (Earl); sons Corey (Nichole) and Travis; 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren along with many other relatives, special friends and his church family.
Frank loved everything about the outdoors. From cutting wood which was his livelihood for 30 years, to hunting, boating, and being on the water. His passion was fishing. That was his happy place. His family never had to worry about being cold or ever going hungry. Frank loved and cherished his family and will be fondly remembered by them as a loving father, husband, and grandfather.
Frank accepted the Lord 41 years ago and remained faithful until his passing. He loved God, his Church and his Church family and was proud to serve on the Church board for many years at Living Faith Pentecostal Church in Point of Bay.
Visitation will take place at Living Faith Pentecostal Church in Point of Bay from 7-9 P.M. on Saturday following the Covid 19 restrictions. Pastor Terry Grimes will conduct the funeral service from the Living Faith Pentecostal Church, Point of Bay on Sunday, April 25, 2021 at 2 P.M., by invitation only due to the Covid 19 restrictions. Interment to follow at the Pentecostal cemetery, Point of Bay. Pallbearers will be friends Ivan Budgell, Otto March, Carol Martin, Stan Peckford, brothers-in-law Roy Budgell and Reg Stride.
