Peacefully at Ed’s House Northumberland Hospice in Cobourg on Sunday, December 19th, 2021, Frances Bailey (nee Carrier) at 86 years of age. Beloved wife of over 65 years to Thomas Bailey. Predeceased by her siblings, Courtney, George, and Melba and her parents John and Elsie. Frances will be missed by her extended family and friends. Cremation with spring interment of cremated remains at Fairview Cemetery in Grafton. Those wishing may make a memorial donation to the Canadian Cancer Society.
