Floyd Alfred Mortensen, 77, of Jacksontown NB passed away on
Sunday, February 21, 2021 at the Upper River Valley Hospital
Waterville NB. Floyd was born in Aroostook NB on May 6, 1943 son of
the late Fred Mortensen and Doris Fox.
Floyd is survived by his wife, Lillian Mortensen, daughter,
Shelley McHatten (William), sons, Brian Mortensen (Patty), Brent
Mortensen (Arlene), Scott Mortensen (Chala), seven grandchildren,
Alisha, Shenae, Tegan, Tyler (Gina), Olivia, Sydney, Riley, four great
grandchildren, Jacob, Parker, Kaylee, Adalind brothers, Chester
Mortensen, Dale Fox (Val), Eric Mortensen (Resa), Freddie Mortensen
(Pat), nieces, nephews and cousins.
Floyd was predeceased by his parents and an infant brother,
Allan.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions services for Floyd and interment
will be held at a later date. The time and date will be
announced.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the
Carleton County Animal Shelter.
