It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother Florence, on Thursday August 12, 2021, peacefully at her home at the age of 80. Beloved wife of the late Leonard Hamilton. They were together for over 20 years. He made her life very happy. Devoted mother to Brian, Hélène (Serafino) and the late Patrick. Dedicated stepmother to Marc (Paula), Hélène (Eric) and Rick (Carole). Loving grandmother “Mémé” to David, Bobbie Rae, Katie, Trevor and Jake. Treasured great-grandmother to Emma and Easton. Florence was predeceased by her first husband Gilles Richard and her parents David and Regina Trottier.
Florence was born in Warren, Ontario on April 26, 1941. She was one of 11 siblings. Florence was a great cook and a beautiful caring mother. She loved to watch her T.V. shows and spending time with her family and friends.
A special thank you to her friend Colette Beaudoin for always being there when she needed her the most. Thank you kindly to the PSW’s and nurses for making her life more comfortable.
