HUTT, FAYE
Peacefully in the hospital on Monday, April 12, 2021 with her family by her side, Faye Hutt (Buchanan) at the age of 74. Beloved wife of 53 years of the late Glenn Hutt, and mother of Cynthia (Jason Hughes), Sylvia (Paul Nicol), Phillip (Andrea), Paul (Sandra), and Julie (Yves Seguin). Adored grandmother of Keith, Pryce, Rebecca, Cole, Andrew, Bradley and the late Hailey. Predeceased by her parents Fern and Keith Buchanan. Will be missed greatly by her sisters Lynn (Gary Curtis), Bonnie (Lee Adams), Kathy (Brian Hoffman) and many dear friends. Faye’s long and accomplished career began at Manotick Bus Lines in 1983. Since then she has touched the lives of countless students, drivers and colleagues in her various roles within the transportation industry. A beautiful life taken too soon. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Daley Family Funeral Home, 6971 Bank St. on Friday April 16 from 11 am until 2 pm. Further services will be held privately. If desired donations made to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute, 40 Ruskin Dr, Ottawa, ON. K1Y 4W7 would be appreciated. Please be advised that Covid-19 precautions are still in effect; we respectfully request that attendees wear a mask and that 6 feet of physical distancing measures be observed inside and outside of the funeral home.
