Obituary
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Evelyn Lucy Haubi on August 13, 2021. Evelyn was
born in Edson Alberta and lived in the area all her life.
She was a perfect mix of love, compassion, strength, and humor. Enjoying music, dancing, curling,
gardening, and reading a good book. But most of all she loved watching her family grow.
Evelyn was predeceased by her parents Arthur and Myrtle Madge, her husband Kenneth Haubi and son
in law Bruce See.
Evelyn will live on in the hearts of her family; daughters Melani (Ken) Roman, Michele (Dale) Roman,
Merri Ellen See, Marlene (Cory) Henault, her grandchildren Corinne (Cody), Lance and Kevin Roman,
Colette (Mike) Saunders, Chantel (Ryan) Needham, Dustin (Sheri) Roman, Shane Roman, Lawrance
(Natasha) See, Mariette See (Andrew), Rhyleigh and Dawson Henault, and great grandchildren Easton,
Aden, Marshall, Tristan, Ava, Paisley, Fallon, Lennon, Rylan, Grayson, Brantley, Tucker and Kaiden.
She will be missed by friends and neighbors, extended family, and everyone else she shared her hugs
with.
A celebration of life will be held at 4:00pm on Saturday August 28th, 2021 at the Edson Royal Canadian
Legion Branch #51.
