Evan Muzyka 2021

Evan Samuel Muzyka
January 12, 2005 – August 16, 2021
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Evan Muzyka, our beloved son, brother, grandson, and nephew, on August 16, 2021.
Evan will be forever remembered and cherished by his parents, Glen and Rita; brother, Greg; sister, Alyssa; grandparents, John and Audrey Muzyka; grandmother, Lxsandra Pelletier; aunts; uncles; extended family and friends.
His childhood was full of happiness and laughter. He enjoyed vacations with family and friends, camping during the summers and time spent out at the cabin. In his younger years, he was very involved with Parkour, which he loved, and it became a big part of his life.
Evan’s most recent interests included photography and video editing as he loved to create. He enjoyed watching movies, spending time with friends, skiing, thrift shopping, and following current events. He took any opportunity to discuss the social issues of the day and often started lively conversations at the dinner table. He brought a vibrant energy to our home, and his loss leaves a great void in our lives.
Evan had a kind heart and was always empathetic to those he felt were in need. He also had a great sense of humour that we all enjoyed. He never failed to make you smile or laugh when you needed it most.
Evan was always surrounded by a supportive, loving family and close friends. He loved us and we loved him. He will be missed dearly.
A celebration of Evan’s life will be held at Connelly-McKinley in Edmonton, Alberta at 10011-114 Street on Sunday, August 29, 2021 at 2 pm. Cremation has taken place.
Donations in Evan’s memory may be made to the Mental Health Foundation mentalhealthfoundation.ca/donate/ or to a charity of one’s choice.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Evan Muzyka 2021..
