It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Eva Maria Kuc on June 22, 2021. After a long battle with uterine cancer, she passed away at Credit Valley hospital at the age of 64 with family by her side.
Eva as many knew her has left us a legacy that will remain indelibly in our minds and distilled a lifetime of memories that will be forever part of those you left behind. As a mother, your heart was vast for the care, love and support you provided unconditionally. It will always be cherished. Many of those who knew Eva will remember her contagious laugh, sincerity and positive outlook on life. Nobody around Eva felt unwelcome as she treated everyone as family. Her life has set an example on how to live each day to the fullest with an open heart and smile.
Predeceased by her parents, Władysław and Gertruda Jemioło, Eva is survived by her husband Jan Kuc and their two children, Jennifer Trela and Christopher Kuc, son-in-law, Greg Trela, sister Barbara Ogrodny and brother-in-law John Ogrodny.
Visitation will be held at Turner & Porter, Peel Chapel. Burial will be at Parklawn Cemetery following the service at St. Maximillian Kolbe Church on Monday June 28 at 9:30am. Due to Covid-19 protocols, attendance is very limited and must be reserved in advance. The family will be coordinating the guest list in accordance with the protocols.
