Etienne Robichaud
1987-2021
ST. CHARLES, NB – It is with great sadness that the
family announces the accidental death of Etienne Robichaud, 34, in
McKees Mills, NB, on Friday, March 19th, 2021.
Born in Moncton, he was the son of Roger Robichaud and Eva-Mai
Robichaud. Etienne was a correctional officer with Correctional
Service Canada.
Etienne was a loving husband, brother and friend who loved to
make people laugh. What he loved the most was his sports, specially
golf and travelling with his wife that he adored.
Etienne leaves to mourn his loving wife, Sophie Caissie; his
parents, Roger Robichaud (Jeanne Mazerolle) of Cocagne and Eva-Mai
Robichaud (Bertrand Gaudet) of Saint-Louis-de-Kent; as well as his
maternal grandparents, Louis and Maria Robichaud of St.
Charles.
Etienne will also be sadly missed by his brother, Jean-Luc
Robichaud (Melissa Boudreau) of Moncton; his step-brother, Jean-Yves
Martin (Melanie Daigle-Martin) of Shediac; his step-sister, Melanie
Martin (Remi Maillet) of Dieppe; his nieces and nephews, Olivia
Robichaud, Jacob Martin and Mili Maillet; his two godsons, whom he
adored, Mason and Cameron Robichaud; as well as by many aunts, uncles,
cousins and friends.
Etienne was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Antoine
and Josephine Robichaud and his adoptive grandparents, Alfred and
Florence Daigle.
Visitation will be held at Thompson’s Funeral Home,
33 Acadie St., Richibucto on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9pm and Wednesday
from 9:00am until departure for the funeral. A Funeral Mass will be
celebrated on Wednesday, March 24th, 2021 at
11am, St. Louis-de-Gonzague Roman Catholic Church,
Richibucto.
Due to Covid-19 regulations, a maximum of 50 people will be
allowed inside the funeral home at a time. Masks are mandatory and we
ask that social distancing be respected.
