It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ernest Andresen, age 73 years of Cottlesville, NL, formerly of Calgary, AB announce his passing at the Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre, Twillingate, NL on Wednesday, October 6, 2021.
He is predeceased by his parents Peter & Ida and parents-in-law John & Annie Flight.
Left with fond and loving memories are his spouse Lillian, children Eddie (Angie), Christina (Owen), grandchildren Austin, Jessie, Edward, siblings David (Roseann), Margaret (Stan), Wanda (Mark), Hilda, Anita (Malcolm), brothers-in-law Norman, Joe, Brian, Lorne (Sheri) and sisters-in-law Georgina (Lloyd), Brenda & Oliveine as well as a large number of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Resting at New World Island Funeral Home, Summerford, NL. A private family viewing will take place on Friday. A graveside service will take place on Monday, October 11, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. from the Salvation Army Cemetery, Cottlesville, NL.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ernest’s memory may be given to the Salvation Army Cemetery Fund, Cottlesville, NL.
