With deep sadness, we regret to announce the passing of our wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister, Elsie Florence Nearing. Elsie passed away Monday, March 8, 2021, at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney, with her loving family by her side.
Born April 2, 1934, in New Waterford, she was the daughter of the late George and Florence (Parsons) Penney.
