1942-2021
Following a courageous battle with cancer, Elizabeth Mary Johnston of
Lake Edward, NB, passed away peacefully at her home on November 1,
2021.
Elizabeth was born in Norton, NB, on April 23, 1942. She was the
daughter of the late Raymond ans Katherine (Lewis) Watson. Elizabeth
leaves behind her loving husband of 61 years, Delmer Johnston; her
sons, Blain Johnston of Lake Edward, NB, Ben Johnston of Strathmore,
AB, Bret Johnston (Vida) of Lake Edward, NB; her grandchildren, Mindy,
Jeremy, Zachary, and Wesley; her great grandchildren, Logan and
Samantha; her sisters, Joan Bowmaster of Bath, NB, Hazel McQuitty
(William) of Moffat, ON; her brothers, Raymond Watson (Etha) of
Sus, NB, Richard Watson (Anne) of Grand Falls, NB, Russell Watson
of Grand Falls, NB; along with several nieces and nephews.
She was predecaesed by her parents; her sisters, Judy Bettie, Janice
Cote, and Alene Williams; her brother, Reginald Watson.
In keeping with Elizabeth’s wishes, there will be no visitation or
funeral service held. Interment will be in St. George’s Anglican
Cemetery in Lake Edward, NB, at a later date.
For those who wish, memorial donations to St. George’s Anglican
Cemetery would be appreciated by the family.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home,
Perth-Andover, NB
