Peacefully surrounded by his family on Friday, November 5, 2021. Beloved husband of Bernice for 62 years. Devoted father and father-in-law of Franceen Elias-Stein and Todd Stein, Joel Elias and Heather Mackenzie. Cherished Zaidie of Rebecca, Brianna, and Adam Stein; Nathaniel Elias-Wood. Predeceased by his siblings Roz and Paul Tomkin and Raymond Elias; brother-in-law of Shirley and Harvey Halpin and Hy Shousterman and the late Janet. Elie will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, and family. A private family service will be held. Shiva private. For further information please contact the family.
