CHOUINARD, Eleonore – With great sorrow the family of Eleonore Chouinard-Graveline (nee Dumouchel), announce the passing of a dear Aunt and Ma Tante. Predeceased by her husbands Aldas Graveline and Gerald Chouinard. Dear sister of Lea Barriault, Aurele Dumouchel and Theresa Lance. Loving daughter of the late Camille and Marie Louise Dumouchel (nee Amyotte). Predeceased by siblings Armandine Kelly, Armand Dumouchel, Alice Pleau, Oscar Dumouchel, Noella Goudreau, Regina Lance, Adelard Dumouchel, Lucien Dumouchel. Eleonore had no children, but was a Mother to many family members. We will all miss our vists, phone calls and chats. She was a kind, strong willed, independant woman and serious card player but most of all, a cherished Aunt and Ma Tante. Eleonore’s wish to die at home was accomplished with the wonderful care provided by dedicated family physician Dr. Sylvie Cantin, nurse Sarah Kennedy and numerous Personal Support Workers. Our family was truly blessed. DUE TO THE CURRENT RESTRICTIONS REGARDING COVID-19, a Private Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Jean Baptiste Church, Pembroke Ontario, with interment of ashes in Notre Dame Cemetery, Montreal Rd., Ottawa. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Salvation Army would be appreciated. Arrangements by the
