It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Mother, Eleanor Wilson (Olmstead), September 8, 2021 in her 91st year with her Daughter, Son & Son-in-Law by her side. She was predeceased by her husband, Dean, and Brothers Bill & Ross and Sister Betty and survived by her brother Roy Olmstead. She will be missed by her children Joanne (Daryl Thom) and David.
Eleanor will also be missed by her Grandchildren Bill (Candace) and Jason (Amanda) and her great Grandchildren Cheyenne, Hunter, Violet & Hayley.
We would like to send a special THANK YOU to all the Staff and Dr. Pinard at Bonnechere Manor for their compassion and care during Mom’s final days. You are all an amazing group of people. We appreciate everything you did to ensure Mom was comfortable and well looked after. Mom was Director of Nurses at the Old Bonnechere Manor. She would have been very proud of the staff at the new Bonnechere Manor.
Final arrangements have been entrusted to Zohr Family Funeral Home, Renfrew. At Mom’s request cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 10th, 2021 from 1 – 2:30pm. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the Zohr Family Chapel at 2:45pm.
(COVID-19 Restrictions will be in place, Masks are mandatory insider the funeral home and please keep your social distance)
