ST. PIERRE, Edward Norman “Ed”
passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at Erie Shores Hospice at 94 years of age. Beloved husband of the late Jean (2018). Dear father of Randy (Debbie), Jim, Sue Lanctot (Merv), Steve (Louise), Jeff (Marg), Dave (Diomira) and Peter (Liza). Proud Grandpa of 20 grandchildren and their families. Dearest brother of Beatrice Butler and predeceased by his siblings, Garnet, Robert, Anna Belle and Douglas. Ed will also be remembered and missed by his sister-in-law Marilyn and his large extended Howson family. Ed was a well respected contractor. Visiting will take place at Reid Funeral Home, 87 Maidstone Ave. E., Es (519-776-4233) on Monday from 5-8 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at 1 pm with livestream available on Ed’s profile at www.reidfuneralhome.ca Fr. Seejo John officiating. Interment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Oldcastle. Due to COVID restrictions, visitation and service is limited to a specific number of visitors. Only those with an appointment will be allowed in. Please book an appointment at www.reidfuneralhome.ca. Everyone must wear a mask. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to the Lung Association would be appreciated. Family and friends are invited to share their memories online at www.reidfuneralhome.ca
