Edward Joseph Hall 1945 2021

Obituary of Edward Joseph Hall
It is with great sadness that we announced the passing of Edward Joseph Hall in Fredericton N.B. on December 8, 2021.
Eddy was born March 19, 1945 in Port Morien, Cape Breton. He was the son of the late Wilbert and Frances (Neary) Hall.
Eddy will be greatly missed by his son Michael (Tina), grandson Dustin and granddaughter Carol-Lya (Alec Gregg), Pampie also leaves behind his two great-grandchildren, Jayde and Aubrey who he absolutely adored. He is also survived by his sister Nancy Arbuckle and brother Karl (June) Hall and his loving partner Carolyn Roach. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and will be remembered as legendary Uncle Eddy to many others.
Eddy was predeceased by his loving wife of 50 years Barbara (Kennedy) Hall. He was also predeceased by sisters Marcella, Geraldine and Elaine and brother Wilbert.
He was a member of the CAF for 25 years. After retirement he and his wife Barbara started a new career managing numerous Esso franchises in the Fredericton area where they left a very positive work ethic with many of the inexperienced young workers they trained. Eddy ended his work career as a Commissionaire with the CAF retiring again about a year ago.
Special thanks to the staff at the Oncology unit, DECH and the Hospice House in Fredericton.
Eddy made a point of finding humour in every situation so let’s all try to smile when we remember him.
Honouring Eddy’s wishes there will be no service at this time but there will be a celebration of life at a later date.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Edward
