Edward Wronoski 2021

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Edward Wronoski. Ed passed away peacefully in Hogarth Riverview Manor at the age of 86. Ed was born on June 12, 1935, in Pine River on the side of the Highway. He met the love of his life at a Blake Hall Dance and the rest was history. They were married for 60 wonderful years. Edward was a Welder/Boilermaker and worked hard repairing all his life. He loved the outdoors whether it be snowmobiling or working around his yard or camp. He learned and enjoyed making wine for many years. Edward loved being around people and loved having visits with family and friends.
He will be lovingly remembered by his children Colleen (Willy) and Kathleen (Rocky). His grandchildren Dianna, Nicholas and Nathan will miss grandpa and all that he taught them. He is survived by his sister Jean Track, sister-in-law Barbarann Wronoski and Irene Trendiak along with many other family members. He was predeceased by his wife Mary in January 2021.
Edward and his daughters were very grateful of the care and loving affection that he received while he lived in Spruce Grove at Hogarth Riverview this past year. He was grateful to have many wonderful PSWs from Paramed attend to him while he was still living in his home.
A celebration of life for both Edward and Mary will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2021, from 12 noon to 2 pm in the Ballroom 3 at Valhalla Inn. Those attending, please ensure that you have proof of your double vaccination and valid ID.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Alzheimer’s Society or St. Joseph Care group or a charity of your choice.
