Edward Ed Gramada 2021

It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of Ed, after a brief battle with Covid 19, on January 28, 2021 at 81 years of age.
Loving father of Carole, Derek and wife Tara, step-grandfather to Cody and Amberlyn. Beloved son of the late Alexander and Cathleen Gramada. Dear brother of Alex (Gail), Gloria Baril (Joe), Marjorie Mayville (Leo), Desmond (Mary) and George. Will be missed by many nieces, nephews and lifelong friends Debby and Gary Parent.
Ed was one of the founding members of both the Classmen Car Club and Windsor Area Street Rods along with his brother George. The Gramada Bros. were well known for their passion of building of many custom cars and street rods. He was fortunate enough to have won many awards throughout Ontario and the USA. His proudest achievement was winning his class at Cobo Hall Auto Rama, with one of his favorite Mercs.
Dad spent his last few years living at Devonshire Seniors Residence and was carefully cared for by nurses Kristy, Maria and Anita. Ed’s family would like to thank them for all of their care and compassion.
If you so desire, donations to a charity of your choice, in Dad’s name, would be appreciated.
On Tuesday February 2, 2021 reservations and personal face coverings are required to attend visitation from 3-7 pm at Families First, 2130 Front Road LaSalle, 519-969-5841. On, Wednesday February 3, 2021 a private family service will be held. Interment to follow at Sacred Heart Church Cemetery.
