Obituary of Edith Mina Sophie Kloene
Peacefully entered into rest on Friday April 9th, 2021 at the Brockville General Hospital. Edith Mina Sophie (Klingemann) Kloene of Brockville aged 97 years. Beloved wife of the late Walter Kloene. Loving Mutti to Ursula Ferguson (Don) and Carola Johnston (Stephen Mazurek) of Brockville. Cherished Oma to Nick, Heather (Rob), Elisa, Kyle (Katherine) and Ethan; and Great Oma to Keaton, Lily, Henry and Arthur “Archie”. Edith is also survived by relatives in Germany and the United States.
Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Saturday April 17th, 2021 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. A Private Funeral Service will be held. Interment will take place at Oakland Cemetery. In memory of Edith donations to Brockville and District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
