Peacefully, after a lengthy illness at her happy place on Scugog Island, on Sunday, July 18, 2021 surrounded by family, at age 55. Edeena (nee Zaretsky), beloved wife of Alan Merrett of Oshawa. Loved mother of Andrew Merrett and his wife Sara of Seattle, Washington, Tasha Merrett and her partner Billy Crosbie of Oshawa, and Jessica and her husband Joseph Cotrona of Oshawa. Loving grandmother of Oliver Crosbie. Dear sister of Aaron and his wife Andrea of Toronto and daughter of Frances Zaretsky of Toronto.
